Each year the Confederation of Indian Industry under the sponsorship of the Energy Efficiency Council hosts the Energy Efficiency Summit. The objectives of the Energy Efficiency Summit are:

This year at the 16th annual Energy Efficiency Summit in Hyderabad, India, the Confederation of Indian Industry awarded Saint-Gobain’s Heat King Refractory Solutions with the prestigious Innovation Award. Heat King Refractory Solution for Coreless Induction furnaces were designed to participate actively in efficient melting operations. By using Heat King Refractory Solutions in steel melting processes, customers are able to reduce their refractory energy consumption.
